  7. S&M CMS was designed for use in the accounting section of company. It will
  8. ensure debtors' control, whatever the amount of the debts and future sales'
  9. forecast, including their influence in stock. It will handle legal commercial
  10. and tax necessities. S&M CMS consists of four modules: S&M-Sales Orders,
  11. S&M-Billing, S&M-Inventory, and S&M-Account Receivables -- which can be used
  12. together or individually

  14. S&M-Sales Orders manages and controls sales order processing. It supplies
  15. information about pending orders on the customer, on the vendor, by item, and
  16. on confirmed and fulfilled orders

  18. S&M-Inventory controls stock movement. It ensures tracking of entries and
  19. deliveries. It gives information about stock (stored and consolidated),
  20. inventory stock status, below minimum stock, stock valuation by different
  21. methods, and price lists
  22.  
  23. S&M-Billing controls operations related to sales: invoices, credit and/or debit
  24. memos. Gives data concerning legal and commission reporting, and generates
  25. bookkeeping information
  26.  
  27. S&M-Account Receivables handles data related to accounts receivable, working
  28. with three types of accounts: currents, checks and vouchers. it provides
  29. information about balances, detailed invoice and payment data, statements, cash
  30. receipt projection by date, etc.
